Hello, world

Every engineer eventually wants a small corner of the internet that is entirely their own. No feed, no algorithm, no character limit. Just pages, written slowly, that stay where you put them.

This is mine. It's plain HTML and CSS, so there is nothing to update, nothing to break, and nothing between the words and the reader.

What I'll write about

• Work — Rails, accounting software, and the systems I build for a living.
• Tools — how AI agents are changing the way I write code, for better and worse.
• Learning — notes on whatever I'm trying to understand this month.

Write it down. The act of explaining is where the understanding happens.

Most of my notes already live in a private vault. This site is where the ones worth sharing come out into the light.
